Mo Kolours’ new, new just got me around midnight, that’s when I first heard the insight. Texture Like the Sun is what we’ve been waiting on. Finally some music of substance and genuine purpose. Producer/Singer Anglo Mauritian joins Joseph Deenmamode a.k.a Mo Kolours whose on the percussions. Mr Paul Lester over at The Guardian nailed it with saying “The best album Curtis Mayfield, A Tribe Called Quest and Lee Scratch Perry never made.” Pretty much after reading that I had nothing, it’s so spot on.
