Legend tells of a place where the untamed join the circus freaks, debauchery rises, bass creeps from the floor and techno seeps from the walls. Just Jack’s now infamous Halloween parties have earned a glittering reputation, placing them amongst the most awaited events of the Bristol calendar. This year’s Freak Boutique only exemplifies the party powerhouse’s unwavering emphasis on fancy dress fun and frolics, exploding in a night of circus revelry and wonders.

Amongst those catering for the chaos is none other than the iconic Josh Wink, the man responsible for dance-floor classics such as ‘Higher State of Consciousness’ ‘Don’t Laugh’ and ‘I’m Ready’. Visionquest quarter Ryan Crosson takes to the warehouse with a live set, as well as Just Jack’s own Tom Rio and Dan Wild. Hypercolour hosts the tunnel, showcasing the inimitable Mosca, hungry Bristolian Eats Everything as well as Huxley and T Williams. Bicep are one to watch at the minute, with huge releases ‘Vision of love’ and ‘$tripper’ these Northern Irish boys are causing a stir. You can catch them along with Charlie Banks and Shapes DJs in the cave.

The innovators of entertainment will keep you entertained with some pretty special performance acts, promising bizarre cabaret and exotic Victorian installations. In keeping with the theme, ‘Apocalypse Wow- end of the world carnival oddballs, cosmic Mayan death-merchants and apocalyptic circus’, expect a night of Halloween treats with a twist of glitz and glamour to have you party like the end is nigh.
