SBTRKT is bringing Africa to Manchester on Saturday 6th October by ending his first Warehouse Project curation with a highly anticipated live set. Performing (as per-usual) alongside trusty sidekick vocalist Sampha, the colourful pair have not ventured to Manchester since their jungle madness at the HMV Ritz back in February. Collaborating with varioius big names such as Little Dragon, Jessie Ware , the illusive SBTRKT certainly knows how to put on a show, so who knows what surprises he may hold up his sleeve (or beneath his mask) in October.
We can also welcome to the mysterious DJ box the electronic wizard that is Four Tet which we are really impatient about! He recently released his new album “Pink” so GBC are definitely looking forward to hearing some of his new material Live!
Caribou, also spicing up the crowd at the Warehouse Project, will be playing alongside Four Tet in November at the Brixton Academy, hopefully they will be the best of friends by then. Caribou who incorporates electronic psychedelia and breakbeat drums is bringing musical panorama to Manchester!
With over 20 big names to ignite the dungeon such as; TNGHT LIVE ft: Hudson Mohawke & Lunice and Rustie DJ SET you will be utterly satisfied that you put your fingers in your wallets for this one. With the event being just over two weeks away we today found out the sad news that it has SOLD OUT. So, get on ebay guys if you haven’t got your tickets yet…
