Lauren Baker is a very talented Mosaic and Skull artist based in London. Her work is unique, and combines classical techniques and styles and often with unusual canvases (human and deer skulls, shoes, walls, capes and more).
Her skulls customizations are inspired by a fondness for mythological creatures and the afterlife, bringing back the dead in grandiose style. In fact her whole style champions bringing classical mosaic techniques into the 21st century.
I would take one of these skulls for my wall over traditional taxidermy everytime, I mean who needs fur when you have gold!
